Manufacturing Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Our warranty includes:

  • all repairs and one-time free resizing within 90 days of purchase.

  • correcting any manufacturing defects.

  • cleaning and inspection service.

  • prongs tightening.

Our warranty excludes:

  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, sanitising liquid, exercising and any other activities or contact of materials that may lead to such result. Clients may request for re-plating/chroming service at a fee.

  • Damage due to wear such as weakened or loosen prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones/diamonds.

  • Stolen or loss of the ring

  • Kindly take note that all fine jewellery can be impacted by normal wear, activities, or shock. Most particularly for rings as hands are actively used and subject to external pressure. Not forgetting frequent hand sanitizing practice these days! Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft.

  • Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the ideal state of the jewellery. Kindly refer to our page or reach out to us directly to check for ways to care for jewellery.

  • If client sends jewellery for repair or maintenance service to be performed by a jeweller other than W Jeweller, it will automatically void the warranty.
